Your complimentary 45-minute consultation is a chance to connect, ask questions, and share what you’re hoping to improve — whether that’s physical pain, stress, or overall balance. We’ll discuss your goals, medical history, explore how my approach may help, what sessions might look like, and determine the best path forward for your specific needs. There’s no pressure to book — just an open, informative conversation about your wellness journey. Please note: the office is located on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give at least 24-hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
